But that quickly changes when their old rival Bill Cipher, returns and enters Dippers mind in order to become human. Bill observes Dipper and soon something changes, seeing Dipper all grown up has definitely changed something in him, but why? YAY! I know the description before was a little...eh, so I changed it!
