The dragon takes the child from the village and decides to raise him as his own. Toothless is older than Hiccup in this fanfic, Hiccup is around 8 years old to start. Toothless does have a female night fury named Raven as a mate.

When Hiccup is betrayed by Astrid. He is banished from Berk. And while live on Berk stays the same, there are a lot of changes in Hiccup's life. Until that one dreadful moment came, the day he never wanted to come, he had to come back after five years of banishment, to see how a few weeks of being back would feel, and decide if he would stay or not...
