Attempting to escape the regret of a past decision, Winnie Foster travels to New York City to spend Christmas with family. This story basically came about because I hadn't seen anyone else write about the connection that the time that the strike ended and the day Winnie was supposed to meet Jesse by the spring were coinciding. Jesse Tuck is eternally 17, spunky, adventurous and fearless. He can't die and he can't get hurt but then after a once-in-a-lifetime accident he's no longer so immortal.
