An action story about the end of the world Une histoire d'action sur la fin du monde

Camellia's life is flipped upside down when she discovers that she is next in line for the throne. Suddenly she finds herself torn from her so called perfect life, fighting for a position she truly doesn't want. Worst of all, Camellia finds that being Leader isn't at all what she expected - the rules could cost Camellia her position... and possibly even her life.

What happens to someone the moment before they die? What goes through their mind if they know that moment is upon them? These are the questions I asked when I wrote this short story. Dark short story about death. Was originally formatted as a poem and I extended it to a short story/poem.
