However, Sterling and Chick Hicks have plans in their wheels against them with the former owner/CEO of Rust-eze planning to have McQueen out of the race and force him to retire in the race after he denied the marketing campaign offer while the arrogant HtB racer and rival of McQueen has also plans of taking McQueen out but also to Jackson Storm secretly. Join Lightning McQueen and his friends in their racing journey as they return to race in the track. Could Jackson Storm learn the true meaning of sportsmanship more than winning and fame?
