https://twitter.com/SicilianMafiosa _______________✏ This is the story of Claudia, Francesco and Giovanna from Silence in New York and Whispers in New York. Although it is not necessary to read the others in order to understand, it is highly recommended. This book starts from around the end of Silence in New York and will eventually coincide with Whispers in New York. _______________✏ "Hey baby," Francesco leaned over the couch placing a kiss on her forehead. "You're up late!" He noticed the wine glass in her hand, "and drinking wine..." "So I am," she responded without a hello. "Where have you been? You haven't slept here much lately." She continued to focus on the television screen waiting for his response. "Sorry Gi." The use of her nickname from his lips forcing her to cringe. "We've just been busy lately, you know, with business." He walked around his recliner couch to look at her, she was barely acknowledging him. She's pissed. He thought to himself letting out a small frustrated sigh. He made his way to her left side near the coffee table examining the Chinese take-out boxes. He picked up the one with the noddles along with the plastic fork sitting untouched by the edge of the coffee table. He dug his fork in taking a mouth full of the now cold, thick yellow noodles. "Sitting on my couch I see," he joked trying to push her into talking more. "Hmm." Giovanna hummed, "your couch huh?" She took the final sip from her wine glass then placed the empty glass on the same coffee table. "Yeah, my couch," he continued to push trying for a playful rise out of her. With the noodle box in one hand and the plastic fork plunged securely into the yellow noodle goodness, he proceeded to pry through the other two boxes discovering the honey chicken. "Really? Honey chicken? You know I hate that shit Gi." "That's too bad." Giovanna pushed herself out of the recliner. "Because I hate it when you sti

"What the heck!?" Adriana let out stunned now suddenly aware of her very exposed position. Her black two piece bikini underneath the sheer gold bathing suit cover up wasn't exactly much of a cover up and Salvatore was not going to be impressed with her. "What are you doing?" She continued stepping back into the rail, feeling the cold metal push up against her lower back as he stepped towards her. The elevator quickly moving upwards towards the suites. "Where's your boyfriend?" His voice gruff and demanding. "What?" She questioned still pondering how she had gotten herself into this situation. The elevator pinged once again, the doors opening briefly to reveal a family of four. "Take the next one!" He demanded pushing the button once more before flicking his head back to stare at her looking indecent as ever. "You think he'd be ok with you looking like... This?" He questioned knowingly taking a step towards her, like a lion stalking its prey. His hand brushing against the gold material before taking a fist full into his hand jolting her forward towards him taking her by complete surprise as her body smashed into his stern frame. "You think he'd be ok with you acting like this?" Adriana questioned back placing both palms on his chest slightly pushing away trying to keep her balance in the moving elevator. "Don't touch me..." She warned. "He wouldn't like it!" A chuckle falling from his lips as he stepped towards her once more, his fist still firmly fisting the material. "But you like it Adriana... Don't you?" He teased with a harsh tone of authority. "Fück your boyfriend!" And then his free hand was under her cover up, his palm flush against her bikini bottom core, pushing her there, a gasp falling from her lips. "We can't..."

You must read Book One - Silence in New York to understand the story as it is a direct continuation. _______________✏ "Let's get this straight," the officer took a deep breath trying with every fibre in his body to contain his excitement. This wasn't the first time, no. This had happened many times and once push came to shove, he found most people were all talk. Especially women. They were always all talk. He glanced back behind him, the FBI agent casually leaning against the wall under the camera with one leg bent, his shoe placed flush against the wall with both hands in his pocket. Waiting. Patiently waiting for the officer to get down to business. "You're willing to testify to these accounts?" She licked her coral painted lips nervously. For a brief moment she thought of Salvatore and everything he had done for her. All the things he had promised her. All the moments they shared together. her eyes travelling from the officer, to the FBI agent and then to up to the camera. "Yes. I'll do whatever you need me to do." _______________✏

https://twitter.com/SicilianMafiosa _______________✏ “It really is a beautiful piece” he murmured before disarming the safety. “Ah, I’d prefer if you didn’t-” “Hmm?” He tilted the gun back into an upright position now aiming it steadily towards her. “I’m sure he got you something without serial numbers I assume? Untraceable?” Her breath hitched and she immediately froze on the spot. What the fũck is happening right now? Her hands instinctively raised up near her head as if surrendering. “How do you know his name?” She asked attempting to mask the fear in her voice but failing miserably. “I never told you his name,” she continued firing away the questions rapidly. “If this is some sort of joke” she stated, “then it’s time to come clean now. You’re scaring me.” “Joke?” He walked towards her with his finger firmly on the trigger. “I thought I was going to have to get my gun out tonight, but looks like you had one just readily waiting for me” he motioned his head towards the dining room chairs pointing them out to her, “drag a chair over and take a seat bella.” _______________✏ Salvatore Abandonato, a Naples born mobster climbing the ladder to success. He was horrible at remembering names. It was weeks before he stopped calling me 'Laura.' I don't even look like a Laura. And the way he never used the intercom system? How professional, my boss is screaming across the office for me. Again. He's arrogant. He's always seven minutes late. Couldn't keep an assistant around if his life depended on it. He didn't even deserve this company. Daddy served it to him on a silver platter. I could hear him tapping his stupid pen off of his stupid desk from all the way out here. I hate him. I hate him and his damn dimples too. I hate you Daniel Metzgar.

----- In serious need of revision! ----- Wanna-be journalist Kate Santoro would do anything for the scoop. Anything. Including finding her way into an underground club exclusive to only those in the Genovese mafia and the beautiful women they employee. What could be more perfect? She would stick to the shadows, snap a few videos, and write the biggest story New York has ever seen, therein making her a legend! Easy as pie. Until she gets found. A series of blatant lies and lucky breaks later and she is mistaken to be one of the workers underneath. While many might be terrified of this predicament Kate couldn't be more excited. The freedom to roam the area and talk to the members of the infamous brotherhood will leave no rock unturned. All she has to do is keep her cover until the night is over and the workers go home. What a fantastic position she is in! There are just two problems. One being him. Alessio. The Don, the Godfather, the Capo di tutti capi (the boss of bosses) who has taken a keen interest in Kate. Even that is something she could probably handle for one night. Except problem number two. They don't leave. Not at the end of the night, the end of the week, or even the end of the month. Alessio's interest in Kate threatens to expose her, something she would surely die from. He knows she doesn't belong but it's not as though she could have just waltzed in, right? By the time Kate realizes that not even the greatest scoop is worth the price, she is in far too deep to call it quits now. ~~~Praise for When The Sun Goes Down~~~ Natasha427: "It was so captivating that I may or may not have spent the last several hours holed up in my room frantically scrolling down to read more. I LOVED IT!" uninteresting17: "You're my soulmate. I love just everything about your writing." Daisy_Blue: "Has anyone seen my heart? It seems to have been ripped out and tossed across the ocean." NaughtyPlease: "I am beyond obsessed with this piece of literature heaven!!!"
