COMPLETED. This is a non-despair AU with a bullied Ishimaru. (Forgive me) I just really wanted to try to write them in a kind of relationship in which they don't like, hate each other, but they aren't too close either. Not exactly Ishimondo until the end. I hope they aren't too out of character but anyway I enjoyed writing this. I finally felt brave enough to publish one of my many Ishimondo fics. This was inspired by some imagine your OTP posts that I found. I'm not sure why I chose to publish this one though. The name of this fic was inspired by the song I'll Keep You Safe by Sleeping At Last. The chapter names will also be named after Sleeping At Last's songs. Warnings for swearing, fluff/(lime?) and possible whump. I don't own the game/anime or the characters except for the possible OC's.

Ground Zero and Red Riot are both rather popular YouTubers who make content in the same genres. They have a lot of mutual fans who liked the thought of some connection between the two which only escalated after they began acknowledging the others existence. As it turns out, they actually live rather close to eachother. Which turned into date, and another date until; 'So you're my boyfriend, and I'm yours.' If only it could've stayed that easy, it didn't; Coming out, Telling parents, First time, Judgment, Separation. 'It was impossible not to love Red. I just watched him as he excitedly and passionately talked about his favourite things, and couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of joy. I just admired the way his smile brightened when he saw something pretty, or the way he scratched the back of his head when he was slightly nervous but wanted to be casual, or the way he was just so amazing at making me feel happy. His whole being just caused me to lose myself in my love for him. It had taken me so long to ever feel this strongly about someone, but Red did it so effortlessly. He was the one person that had taken down all my walls, the one person that I could feel truly me with. It just made me so grateful to be sitting across the table with such an amazing person, who didn't even know how beautiful he looked.' So much stuff happens in the story but please give it a read, it's not just a typical cliche romance. Smut occasionally and I guess serious themes such as homophobia and bullying.

Eijirou Kirishima struggles with an abusive dad and horrible depression and would get bullied just about everyday at his old school, but it all slowly starts to get better when he gets accepted into UA high and meets one spikey ash blond hair boy, "Katsuki Bakugou" they share a dorm and chemistry starts to form making things get a little awkward at first.... it really shows that just one kiss can change everything! Bakugou then has to warm up and get use to all of this new affection that he is getting and learn to accept himself for who he is.
