Those Left On The Shore, tells the story of sixteen-year-old Batuhan and the summer he returns to Kurşunlu with his family following his grandmother's death.
After discovering a mysterious letter left for him at their old summer house in the Sarıtaş complex, Batuhan and his sister Begüm begin following the clues their grandmother left behind. Along the way, the streets of Kurşunlu, its night market, coastline, ancient monastery, and colourful residents take on entirely new meanings for him.
That summer, spent with Oğuz, who works at the local hardware store; Elif, a passionate photographer; Ece, Halil, Rüzgâr, and the others, becomes a journey in which friendships are forged, secrets grow heavier, and Batuhan learns to understand both his past and himself.
