What if Peter Parker aka Spider man's life was different.....and by different.....what if he he wasn't bitten by the spider BUT was kidnapped and experimented when he was 7 years old by Oscorp and hydra. Only to escape one year later after being given his secret powers only to learn that his parents had died in a plane crash. After that information was learned he was living on the streets picking pockets with his new powers for survival and was on the street for 2 years until his Aunt May and Uncle Ben had finally found him through child services when they caught him. But life still doesn't get easier after the death of his uncle he and aunt may struggle to pay house bill's , him being Spider Man, Oscorp and hydra after him. Also being hunted down by the Avengers and S.H.I.E.L.D. Also constant enemy attacks. Having no friends in school and CONSTANTLY being tormented beaten and bullied by Flash Thompson. Peter could not care less about the class trip that is until he learns it's to avengers tower... he knows they are going to mess with him and Flash might seriously get himself injured because of Parker's school nickname. On top of it all Thor can not keep a secret and will only refer to Peter as spider child. So of course the whole world ends up finding out he's spiderman but what is he going to do now that it's out?

After the untimely death of Aunt May, Tony takes Peter into the avengers initiative and enlists the help of various others to help solve the murder.
