Your bones don't break easy, but it can happen. over use of quirk leads to muscular paralysis. You can sharpen your bones into lethal weapons, but generally leave them blunt so you don't kill anyone. Your bones constantly regenerate as you push them in or out of your body. ****Everyone is aged up in this story!!! At the start they are 18+ and in the last year of high school!!
