Poetry A language that speaks in feelings The feelings that we must keep in Because people who judge us Disparage our family and ridicule our kin Poetry Words on a page The kind that tear you in two The words that get written on notes Passed from desk to desk Until it finally gets to you Poetry The emotion expressed When you feel more than stressed And you seem all but dead Until writing helps you through Clearing away your uncertainty Making the world a vibrant color Full of life, and full of emotion

[Compilation of Sydnee's literary works] Perhaps a pair of star crossed lovers took their lives, and perhaps April's showers pierced March's drought to the root, but the French Revolution still killed Javert...or did he do that himself? All the works within this published [masterpiece] belong to the author. All characters, plots, dialogue, and imaginative ideas belong to Sydnee Koop.

The title says it all. Most won't be very happy, so fair warning. Though there will be some happy ones. These are also my own poems, so please don't take them. I wrote all these.

Due to unknown reasons, Sophie Foster has just woken up in Book 1 at the museum with all her memories still intact. Now as a 12-year-old, Sophie must figure out how to make everything go right this time and try to stop the Neverseen in the process. This fanfiction was started in late 2018, right before Flashback was published. Please keep in mind that some of the ideas will reflect this. Everything in this fanfiction takes place before Legacy to avoid any confusion. Some ideas, wording, and dialogue are taken straight from Shannon Messenger's Keeper of the Lost Cities in order to make the plotline make sense. All rights for characters and general plot belong to Shannon Messenger.

Loren Lionheart was a young man who knew nothing of hope or dreams. He grew up knowing nothing else but destruction and poverty. Loren lived in a small free-holding called Avane, far from the capital; yet still within the grasp of its corrupt leadership. The elite upper-class sit on their golden thrones; indulging in their gluttony; feeding off the innocent. Someone has to put them in their place and someone has to reclaim this broken Empire for the people. Loren knew of the Gerzan Empire's true motivations and inter workings, yet he fought and killed for them; bound by a blood debt; one he could never repay. Loren lived two lives. One devoted to his Empire, and the other sworn to defend its people. Never breathing a word of either life to another living soul. A secret he swore he would take to his grave; no matter the sacrifice. The young Lionheart was trapped between two worlds, unable to call either his home; fighting for both friend and foe. A man cannot serve two masters. Yet he served as a soldier of the Gerzan Empire, and an assassin of the freedom fighters known as the Silver Talons. Loren couldn't keep his lives secret much longer.
