Herobrine was finally defeated after years of strife. They had made new friends and lost old ones, but no death was truly in vain. Drake was brought back and freed from possession, gaining new abilities in the process. Grayson had become the new emperor to the Northern empire and Drake and Lalea were happily married. It was all so perfect. Everything was set right and felt so great. Everyone had their happy ending...everyone but one. And he made a decision that he had forgotten all about, but soon would come to realize just how much of a mistake he had made. He turned back time, only to have it all play out the same way all over again. Again and again and again. An infinite time loop...an eternal punishment. Now, things are beginning to change and shift away from the never ending repetitive cycle. Herobrine is an infamous scientist in the small town of Rubyshire, and a father to a young boy named Armen. One day Armen is brought down to the lab, and is utterly shocked to see his father's brand new project code named 'Project D9ak8' or as Armen prefers to call him 'Drake'. Armen treats Drake like his own brother, but the townspeople aren't as kindhearted to this artificial creation of life. Drake is shunned and outcast from the citizens of Rubyshire, who now want to put an to end Herobrine's experiments and his "abominations". While Armen tries to keep peace in his falling apart household, he discovers that there is more to his father and Drake than meets the eye. And what he discovers truly horrifies him and dares to question everything of what he thought he knew.

But they have no time to contemplate on any of the events the Magical Library, however, because they are each swept automatically into a new issue, involving deals, decisions, and of course, magic and adventure. It has been 3 years after the final battle with herobrine. The group have been traveling around. The empire is no longer a huge threat and the demon was gone. However something was wrong. The silver lining they called it. Things can't always be good but they won't always be bad no matter how bad or good things get. When the scale tips one way, something happens to tip it the opposite way so things meet back in the middle. The silver lining.....

Is the battle truly over? The three enter their portals to see what awaits on the other side. Will danger lurk around or is peace finally here after so long. The Mage face plants into the dirt, the elf lands on her feet, the commander dropped above water. What happens next? Will new and old friends be seen along the way. The three begin the search for either their future or each other to reunite. Not aware that a battle for control will slowly take place. Drake a half human, Herobrine, and Enderman struggles to control his powers and tries to find the truth in his abilities. So he adventures out to find old friends and make new friends along the way, to the truth of everything. Everything will appear lies, but in due time will be revealed to Drake and his friends about his past and friends, but what will happen when everything is over? All they can do is wait for something or someone.

The trio went through their respective portals, but only one made it directly home. With Grayson assumed to be in hiding, the emperor has ordered his top assassin, Luke and the rest of his mercenaries to find the Enderman hybrid to use him as bait for Grayson, but rumors from spies have spread in the palace that the hybrid is more than meets the eye. Drake struggles with keeping his mind and health in balance as a demon is threatening to take control of his body to spread his chaos and destruction. He searches for his lost friends in hopes that they will help him find salvation, but fear can block out the most begging of cries. Grayson has been laying low trying to find the drago hatchery, but complications come wayward when he discovers his friends condition and comes face to face with a problem he should have gotten rid of long ago. The past has ways of returning, and even the most dreadful of memories can become ones fate. (Warning!
