School is out. It's summer all over again. A year has passed since the events involving a particular clown, and Eddie has been having nightmares ever since. Richie is the only one who didn't know, and he is set on figuring out why. Eddie doesn't know what it's like to fall for someone until he realizes it's already happened, and oh boy, has he fallen hard.
