Landry doesn't understand one of her best friends, Lauren when she says "You and him were meant to be..." Even though Landry has just met the teenage pop sensation. Landry Bender is a normal 16 year old Junior who lives in the little town Amityville outside of New York. She's abit of a tomboy who loves to everything that has to do with art. She always carries around her sketchbook and does really unique art pieces. Her fashion sense is edgy and effortless and she's often seen in ripped jeans, a simple tee and a cool jacket matched with either a pair of boots or sneakers. Her best friend Lauren is completely different from her with a really girly/bohemian sense of fashion and a huge dream to become a fashion designer but they've been best friends since kindergarten. One day right before they go on summer break Lauren finds out that the boyband Forever In Your Mind, which she's obsessed with, is doing a concert in New York. Landry does not care since she doesn't like that kind of music but Lauren makes her go with her since she doesn't want to go alone. At the concert she will caught the eye of one of the members, Ricky Garcia, and then later on bump into him. Will she dislike the teen hearthrob forever or will she fall for his charm?

Ricky ends up texting the wrong number leading him to Landry. Ricky is a popular boy, handsome and gets everything he wants. Landry is shy, beautiful and everything under-estimates her. She even lives next door to one of them, Ricky Garcia, and their families hangs out quite a lot. When their characters on the show becomes love interests Landry starts feeling something that she's never felt before towards Ricky but she knows he only sees her as a best friend. Ricky Garcia is a 18 year old actor and singer. He plays Naldo Montoya and are in the band Forever In Your Mind. He always has a blast filming and outside the show he's closest with Landry out of all the cast members. Will he ever realize that she loves him and if so, does he have feelings for her too or does he only see her as a best friend?
