I'm not. I'm just a tool, a secret weapon. I'm just their pawn. I know it. I don't have to be told. I don't have to see. I know they just want to direct me around like a toy. But I know what they're doing. I'll control them and see how they like it! They'll be the pawns and I, the chessmaster! I'll use them like I know they're using me...Then I'll show them just how unpredictable I can be.

"Eevee, the Evolution Pokémon. Thanks to its unstable genetic makeup, this special Pokémon conceals many different possible evolutions." Funny, because an Eevee is unstable, everyone wants it. But because I'm unstable, my family hates me. But it's not even true. They shouldn't hate me. They should love me! I helped them out! I saved all of us! And besides, the judge said I was innocent. It's him! He should be the one no one cares about. He wants to kill me! I know it, so don't try and tell me otherwise.

You would think that pokemon fans would be ecstatic to have the ability to turn into pokemon. But the truth is that reality is a lot more complicated and messy than that. A young adult named Alex has to learn that the hard way as he and the rest of the world must adapt to the real world suddenly having pokemon in it with zero warning.
