But then came a revolution in the industry of technology and card games. They gave a chance for the powerless to become powerful. They gave the helpless a chance to be helpful. They gave a chance for the heroless to be a hero. But it also gave villains a chance to bring about more chaos. With the introduction of the increasingly popular card game, Duel Monsters, heroes and duelists alike were mixed into society. You were a hero, or a duelist, and many were both. They wanted to harness the ultimate power. Quirks helped enhance the player's decks, giving them special abilities to defeat opponents, and dealing even more damage. Izuku Midoriya's class was accepted into U.A to be heroes. Yugi Muto's class was accepted into U.A to be duelists. Both classes didn't realize how much their destinies were intertwined.

Having to deliver a scroll to a small shinobi village in the Lava mountains since the original delivers were ambushed and killed (y/n) is sent together with team 7, without Sasuke that is, he is still training with Orochimaru. So instead of Sasuke, Sai is to go instead. Camping in the forest to rest for the night they are suddenly ambushed.
