Aku finds out that the leader of this strange cult that worships him as a god has given birth to seven daughters, The Daughter of Aku,whose only purpose in life is to defeat his long-time enemy, Samurai Jack. While you would think Aku would be satisfied with this outcome, he didn't like how their "mother" was treating the girls, and decided to take them under his wing, since Aku's blood was in all of them. Now he, and his two favorite assassins, Demongo and Scaramouche, must take care of the girls until adulthood. Training them for their purpose, but remembering that they are just kids as well.

Demongo, Aku's former favorite assassin, is finally given a second chance to redeem himself after 50 years of imprisonment. It's very simple: All he has to do is defeat Samurai Jack, yet, he is very low on essence after all these years. And just in case Demongo fails Aku again, he makes him team up with an unlikely partner....
