I appreciated the fact that you not only focused on what it is like to have a mental illness, but also how mental illness can have a ripple effect on friends and family; and how the journey isn't always one of smooth sailing." - @CreativeBibliophile "Wow, this was written so exceptionally well. All of my senses were completely engaged and I love how realistic your writing is." - GhostsInsideOfMyBed "Never have [I] felt so connected to a character, honestly. His struggles feel so real, it's astonishing." - @BeZorro * This story is a spin-off to All The Things We Lost but can be read as a standalone. Cover by @dysanic

All of our experiences as LGBTQ+ people are different, informed by religion, culture, race, ethnicity, gender, etc. so an important part of being in a community is sharing with one another how we're navigating being queer in this world. Of course, you don't have to be queer to share in this space with us. Being an ally brings many of its own challenges, and we're stronger together. Sharing our stories is uplifting for people in darker places, and comforting to those who can relate. I'd like to thank T-Mobile and Wattpad for giving me the opportunity to bring you this short story! Hopefully, it'll inspire you to write your own stories for T-Mobile's #UnlimitedPride write-a-thon.
