Time skip to after Peter becomes Spider-Man, and now he's swinging around Queens stopping crimes, until The Avengers start tracking him down for his Identity, hoping that he'll join the team. What will happen when, Peter finds out that his application was accepted and is now Iron Man's personal intern, will it be harder then ever to keep his secret? --------------------------

peter is spiderman, though no one but his best friend Ned and Mj know that. peter does not have the greatest luck, his parents died when he was young, and his aunt and uncle died a year after taking him in. he now lives in an orphanage, sunnydale orphanage to be exact, and believe me it was anything but sunny there. did I mention the avengers are after him. yep, apparently fury wants him to join the team, but that includes giving away his identity, so no thank you. Oof, there you have it people, this is the best summary I could think of. One of my friends edits each chapter (chapters 6 and on) so I wanna say thank you to CEM0414 cause without their great eye to catch my mistakes, the story would be riddled with weird auto corrects, terrible grammar and awkward phrasing. The title is kind of self-explanatory but here is the description. When Fury wants the Avengers to capture Spiderman to find out his identify, Spidey is determined to never let himself be caught. But when there is an emergency, he has no choice but to join forces with the very people who are trying to capture him: the Avengers. After the fight, he escapes, and leaves the Avengers wondering the answer to a very important question: Does Spiderman really need to be captured?

The Parker curse continues to plague Peter and it doesn't help when the Avengers are sent to arrest him. They don't seem to get that he only wants to be left alone. And then Tony offers an internship to Peter. Peter decides to give it a try while trying to keep his identity a secret. Hopefully Peter will find a way to make it through the hard times and find a reason to hope.

Family isn't always those who are related. They may not be blood and skin. They may not even live in the same generation. Family is those who are close. They are the ones who know they are close, and can feel home around them. Sure no family is perfect, but that's what makes it family. A family learns about one another and teaches each other to trust and love one another. The strongest ones are those who can fight through the battles together. They might have many battles and wars, but they are the mightiest of all and can always get through, and that's what makes them super.

What will Peter do when the famous Tony Stark and his fianceé are looking to adopt a kid? And when he's forced to leave the kids he has fought every day for the past three years to protect, then going to live in the Avenger's tower with the rest of the Avengers, that doesn't even know he's Spiderman?
