He was the boy that no one noticed. He was quiet, bland to the naked eye, a total wallflower who sat on the sidelines and lacked in eye contact with those around him though he had the type of eyes that made you feel like you could drown. He tried his best to blend into the background, but what he didn't know was that he was the only one that caught my eye. He was the most intriguing person I had ever laid eyes on even though he couldn't see me. He couldn't see anything.

BAD BOYS IN LOVE, BOOK 1 When high-school quarterback, Harvey Remington's whole family passes away in a brutal car accident, he loses all will to live. That's until he discovers that he's not completely alone, that there's one survivor; his baby nephew. All hopes of raising the kid himself come crashing down when he's informed that his arch-nemesis' family, the über-rich Kincaids, are the godparents who will be given custody of the baby. With no stable income and no living relatives to support him, getting guardianship seems impossible. The solution? Marriage. ● "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Gideon Elijah Kincaid and Harvey Zak Remington in holy matrimony. If any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together, let them speak now or forever hold their peace." I press my lips together to prevent myself from shouting at the top of my lungs that I do. Yes, I have a huge problem with marrying my arch-nemesis, and I'd like to be NOT tied to this asshole 'till death' - or for the few years until I'm up on my own feet - thank you very much. Gideon narrows his dark silver eyes at me as he squeezes my hands in his grip, silently warning me to maintain my slipping composure. I take a deep breath and let my eyes wander over to the side - where my very adorable nephew is sitting on Gideon's mom's lap, bouncing excitedly as he watches all the bright lights and decor with the awe-filled wide eyes that only babies can pull off. My heart clenches at the sight because the oblivious baby has no clue that his whole world has been ripped away from under him, that I am the only person he has left. I sigh internally at the unfairness of it all. With a renewed determination to do everything I possibly can to do right by the little human, I steel myself and give Gideon a wide smile, doing my best to make it seem like he's the most important person to me on the planet. I can do this. I can stay married to the bad boy.

Everyone at school knows Andrew Jennings. Missing an arm. Openly gay. But when he meets star athlete Ryan Sullivan in therapy, can friendship lead to more? ***** When Andrew 'Jacky' Jennings ends up in therapy after an English assignment gone wrong, he doesn't expect to find his high school's star athlete, Ryan Sullivan, sitting in the same waiting room. After all, he and Ryan couldn't be more different: football captain, future valedictorian, and all-around nice guy, Ryan is the school's golden boy, while Andrew is known for his permanent snarl, being openly gay, and losing his left arm (along with his father and sister) in a car accident. But when Andrew learns they actually have a lot in common, he's surprised to see past the enigma that is Ryan Sullivan and his seemingly perfect life. And as the two boys begin to connect over their shared grief, depression, and teenage angst, they might just discover a little pocket of happiness for themselves -- if they're willing to fight for it. Andrew Parsley is most definitely straight. He obviously only likes girls if the many hook ups he has had in the past mean anything. Zachary Rogers is the definition of straight. He not only has a girlfriend, but he makes it his life goal to show everybody and Andrew Parsley that he's completely into this girl. Corbett Connors is, well, he seems straight, but Andrew can't ever tell because he'd rather puke his lunch up than stomach being around the guy. But, what if these three boys weren't what they showed everybody else on the outside? What if Andrew actually liked guys? What if that pretty cheerleader girlfriend of Zachary's was just a ploy? And what if Corbett was never really into girls to begin with like everybody thought? Throw in Andrew's crumbling life, Zachary's bad past, their surprising friendship, and Corbett's messed up personality, and you got just a couple of Straight Boys. ...
