16-year old Izumi Yokisha is a sassy bad girl filled with Big Apple style and attitude. She's now transferred from her school in New York to Ouran Academy in Japan. The elite Ouran Academy is where the filthy rich families send their children to have a fine education. There, the Ouran High School Host Club exists, where the handsomest boys, with way too much time on their hands, host and entertain the ladies who also have way too much time on their hands. An elegant play-ground for the super rich and beautiful. Izumi then gets dragged into the world of the Host Club, where she takes photos and helps make the photo books. She immediately hits it off with all the boys, especially with Tamaki, the "king" or leader of the club. Izumi, being a part of the club gets dragged along for each ridiculous adventure, and adds her "rules" of survival for each one into a "rulebook". But the rulebook can't have instructions for everything, like how to deal with enemies, drama, loss, friends, and even worse, love.

Sakura is an honour student who works hard but loves to be cheeky. She stumbles across the host club and soon becomes involved in all of their silly plans and schemes. Something interesting is bound to happen between the hosts and Sakura, but what could it be and with which host?

Kokoa Shimizu, your normal sixteen year old girl. Has always been Haruhi Fujioka's childhood best friend, they were so close all the way up to junior high school. Thats when everything changed. Haruhi applied to Ouran academy and successfully got in with her amazing grades, Kokoa on the other hand didn't want to go to a school like that no matter what type of education it gave. They both went there seperate ways and slowly lost contact with eachother, now out of nowhere Kokoa has appeared at Ouran in the same class . A surprise for them both.

Hana Amakusa. That's me, unfortunately. Your most likely thinking that my life isn't that bad, well how about we swap families for 16 years and then you can get back to me! Well I'm the newest student to attend the prestigious school for the rich, Ouran Academy. Well it could of been worse I could of been going to the same school as my cousin which would of meant I'd be forced into joining the schools weird club. I hate all the bright colours of theatre and classical music or even musicals, so Lobelia Academy and their Zuka club weren't really winning me over. Actually it was a close call with Ouran as well when I found out the school was pink, I mean who decides they'll have a huge PINK school! I'm getting of track, so here it is my days at Ouran academy. I get a feeling like my life isn't going to be as quite as I want it.

Nanami Hitachiin, so you already who I'm related to but I don't know whether it was the surname or my hair colour. Yeah Hikaru and Koaru are my brothers and yes I do have to live with that brotherly love act they have going, and no its not something you want to see first thing in a morning. My life here at Ouran has been compressed into this small and simple book, it's amazing really how so many weird adventures can be compressed onto virtual paper. Well here It is for you to enjoy and read, have fun shifting through my mind. Remember I am related to Hikaru and Koaru so something may never make sense!!
