Robin had been captured by the League of Shadows and imprisoned for 2 years. When he finally manages to escape, he wonders what to do with his life, especially as he had been declared "dead". He decides to created a Covert operations Team, not unlike Young Justice, but this one would keep up the "covert" part. This team's main goal?
