[This story will become free on DECEMBER 13TH, 2024] Isaiah always had his focus set on school and baseball, but when he meets August, he suddenly begins questioning more than just his lack of a social life. ***** As the star of his high school baseball team, Isaiah Carr is looking forward to senior year. While not the most popular of guys, he's got his friends, he's a shoo-in for a baseball scholarship, and he's perfectly content sitting on the sidelines when it comes to his social life. However, when he meets August, a strange but cute boy with a prosthetic leg, there's no denying the connection between them. From friends to more, the two begin to grow a relationship that balances the troubles of their pasts with the hopefulness and acceptance of a future. Moving is never fun, moving into your new stepdad's house because your mom decided to remarry again is even less fun, and being sent away unexpectedly to an unjustifiably expensive boarding school is the least fun of all. Out of all the things that have gone wrong in Kayden's life, the least expected was catching feelings for his rival. Elias Astor is annoying, and cocky, and Kayden can't seem to keep his eyes off of him. As much of an arrogant asshole as he is, Elias somehow makes life in their stuffy boarding school more bearable. #1 in darkacademia [5/16/22] #1 in ADHD [2/7/22] #2 in lgbt [10/4/21] #3 in boardingschool [10/4/21] #9 in enemiestolovers [10/4/21]

[BxB] Alexander Smith has a love-hate relationship with trashy online novels, scoffing at the problematic main leads, clueless protagonists and the rampant use of cliches. He never understood why the kind protagonist always chose the abusive 'badboy' main lead in every inane love-triangle, especially when there was a wholesome, gentle second lead head-over-heels in love with her that was, frankly, the key ingredient for a fulfilling and loving relationship. So, when Alexander is in a fatal accident and his soul is transplanted into the fictional body of his most hated 'badboy' main lead, he makes it his new life's mission to rewrite the story - he will make the protagonist fall for the kind second lead, he will reinvent his character to be a functional member of society, and he will definitely, definitely stay out of drama. But hey, this is fiction, and fiction loves drama. *** Note: this story is in no way referencing or making fun of any books online (well, none apart from my own), and I am in no way hating on cliches - I am a sucker for the project partners cliche and 'forced to share a bed' trope. Please don't take this story seriously - because I didn't! #1 lgbtfiction (10/08/21) #1 comedy (03/11/21) #2 transmigration (25/08/21) #5 gay (20/08/21) #7 bxb (11/11/21) #11 boyxboy (15/10/21) #12 lgbt (20/08/21) #12 bxb (14/11/21) #79 romance (20/08/21)
