Everyone around you thought you were human, since they populated the Earth. To keep trouble at bay, you went along with it. No one needed to know, so no one did. If anyone knew, they would probably send you to the government, something you weren't optimisitic about. After being on this planet for many years, you realised they were all cowards with selfish desires, and if they were scared and unsure about something, they would eliminate the problem. Humans, you sighed. Living the simple, normal life - a human life, you called it, was an easy task. They lived simplistic, short, pointess lives, something far too easy for you to stress about. Well, that was until a certain humaniod gem came along. They were curious, friendly, and even a little funny. The Steven was very curious, sometimes too curious for his own good. Hi!! New story of a gem reader who wears a singlet followed by a jacket who stayed in beach city

This is another steven universe fanfiction! I'm going to insert le reader as a crystal gem! I'll be using completely non-binary pronouns and descriptions!! So any gender can read it!!! You always had your purpose on home-world. What you wanted wasn't a concern. Now on Earth, so many new questions and thoughts come into play. Without the diamonds to guide you, what can you do?

G/n was a homeworld gem. Only of her kind, one might add. Created as a test experiment for the thousand year War for Earth, she wasn't around too long before being hurled into a world of chaos and destruction. New and not at all sure of herself, G/n was captured not long after being sent out to fight. A gem named Rose Quartz eventually convinced a very reluctant G/n to fight for her cause. Years pass and the is over, only a handful of the Crystal Gems remain, and the great leader Rose Quartz has given birth to her son, Steven. G/n may have fought for the Crystal Gems, but she had no side in that war. But if there was ever anything G/n was willing to die for, it was Steven. I know I suck at descriptions.
