He's been fired by many jobs in his life, so he couldn't take humiliation anymore and decided to commit suicide. But after that, a mysterious being, known as The Reincarnator, came and offered him to be reincarnated to another world. Takashi refused at first, but as soon as The Reincarnator said that he could've become one of his favourite characters in any manga or anime series, Takashi stopped it from transporting him to the afterlife and asked if it could really do that. The Reincarnator said he's not just an ordinary Reincarnator where it will reincarnate him into a random Isekai world, so Takashi thinks about it.
