ugh, I love analogical, they're my favorite pair. slow burns like this are painful to write, but I made sure that there's plenty of soft moments to go around because I'm a sap. Virgil has always been a loner, the bad boy, the kid parents warned their children to stay away from the one everyone in high school hated and deemed as loser or druggie. Roman on the other hand was the exact opposite: popular, confident, charming, the typical "good boy" everyone loved. Drunk of all the rumors going around about the darkly dressed teen, he believed every single one of them and clearly despised Virgil. So when his twin brother, Patton, finally changes school after 3 years of unnoticed bullying, arrives at their school for their senior year, deciding to befriend the emo boy because he 'looked lonely', Roman is everything but happy about it. But even if he doesn't agree with that friendship, he knows he can't stop his bubbly, ever happy brother from becoming Virgil's friend. So he simply decides to do what everyone would do in this kind of situation: get a fairly cheap phone and the emo's number, texting him anonymously to try and get know what kind of person he is. The only problem is he didn't take in consideration the possibility of falling for the infamous school loner...

One day, Roman is bored in Math and starts to zone out. Then he gets this idea. He writes, Hey, on his desk. He doesn't think anyone is going to respond, but what happens when someone does? ------ I will try to post a new chapter every friday, if I forget I'm so sorry and I will try to publish a new chapter as soon as possible! Anyways enjoy!!!

Please don't click or scroll away from this book just yet, what I have to say is important - I promise it will be worth your time. This book is to bring attention to subjects that society avoids talking about: things like alcoholism, addictions of all sorts, depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, self-harm (in all it's different forms), eating disorders, mental disorders, abuse, homophobia, abortion, and certainly more that I've yet to name and properly educate myself on. Each chapter will have real statistics, real solutions... and also the awareness that some of these subjects that I'll talk about don't have real solutions. This is not a one-size fits all type of conversation. I'm done with letting myself be ignorant to all the topics that no one likes to talk about. And yes, I understand that these topics are really hard to talk about... But they need to be. Desperately. Perhaps some of the stories you read here will feel like they are based on your own. I can guarantee that some of them will be based on mine. __________
