Your prospects are limited when you don't exist, but Sang Sorenson has been getting by as a cashier in a grocery store after dropping out of high school. Most days, she's just glad to have some independence, but she's been drifting through her life for two years, too alone to realize she's lonely. Then, late one Sunday night someone comes through her line with more apple pie than one man should be able to eat. The next day, she finds herself helping a young girl with a ...delicate purchase that the girl's older brother and his friend can't handle. And after a close call at home, she seeks help at a diner that recently opened down the street. It's been over a year since the Blackbourne team shattered into three separate teams, and they've all been dealing with the aftermath of a broken family. Though the new Lee and Taylor teams have done well for themselves, things just aren't the same. Then Sean stops by a little mom-and-pop grocery store after a long shift and discovers their bakery section. Kota and Nate take Jess bra shopping, and the cutest girl they've ever seen intervenes when they are less than helpful. And Luke finally meets someone who values pancakes as much as he does...possibly more. And it's barely even Tuesday. ~oOo~ This is a reverse harem fanfic based on C.L. Stone's Ghost Bird series. Be warned, I don't do trigger warnings on individual chapters and this is a Ghost Bird story: there is physical and emotional abuse, implied and overt; there are nine men interested in one woman (#whychoose) and sometimes each other; and the language used is appropriate for mature readers only. Not my circus, not my monkeys. I don't own any of these characters, The Academy, or Charleston, SC. I'm not making any money off of this. Liberties were taken with the legal and medical professions, but I tried to be as accurate as possible.

Many people never dare to attempt the unknown, content to stay within their realm of normality, while some fear disappointment and others dare to try only to fail. But, sometimes, those who dare, win. ~ Rory Griffen; a smart mouth, apple lover, coffee addict and the best friend of Kayli Winchester is just trying to get by and pass her night classes. But, when Kayli gets dragged into a dangerous situation with a group of boys Rory is all too happy to ruffle some feathers and keep them as far away from her friend as possible. Unfortunately for Rory none of the boys seem to want to keep away from her. ~ This is a reverse harem fanfic based on C.L. Stone's Ghost Bird and Scarab Beetle series featuring an OC, the language used is appropriate for mature readers and some things may be changed for creative purposes. I don't own any of the characters, the Ghost Bird Series, the Scarab Beetle Series, The Academy, or Charleston. I'm not making any money off of this.

She went back to South Carolina to find closure. She never thought she'd find love. -- Sang never expected his smile, or that someone could make her laugh so hard her cheeks hurt. She didn't mean to fall for him. Luke had never met a girl like her before, one who tested the very rule he and his brothers had put in place. He knew he shouldn't fall for her. Is their road trip together an ending... or just the beginning? **This will include the entire Blackbourne team** #whychoose ----- Note: This is a fan fiction based of off CL Stone's The Academy series. All primary characters are hers and hers alone. I am receiving no financial gains from this nor will any be sought.

Lyric Sorenson tries to stay invisible; invisible to her alcoholic mother and her leering boyfriends, invisible to the much older cousin who somehow always appears when Lyric is alone. All Lyric wants to do is survive, to make it to 18 when she can live on her own and make something of her life. Academy boys Taylor, Kell, and James are happy with their small team. They take the jobs they want, collect favors, pay off debts, and never look back. Until they meet the intriguing Lyric Sorenson, and see the girl she tries to keep hidden; the one with beauty, intelligence and quiet bravery. When Lyric's cousin begins to stalk her, the boys have had enough. They won't let anyone hurt her anymore. But what started as protection, starts to morph into love. Is it possible for one girl to love three boys? Can the boys get Lyric to trust them with her heart and build a life with them? HEA for those who worry.... I don't own these characters, and I am not trying to make a profit from this story and its character usage. It is for entertainment purposes only. The Ghostbird series and all of its characters are the intellectual property of CL Stone, and all credit is entitled to her.
