It wasn't a surprise that Casey and Severide hated each other coming to battles. Under the surface they really did care, when Casey goes missing from the firehouse it's down to Severide to find his friend in time to save his life as well as make amends.

After their relationship failing at first Matt realizes he can't live without Gabby and they give a second try at a relationship. With Matt still dealing with the loss of his ex fiancé and Gabby getting over being in the tracks of a serial killer they realize the only good thing in life is their love for each other. When the world throws the worst at them they dedicate themselves to their work and to each other. When Gabby loses her best friend Leslie Shay she finally feels like the world has defeated her until someone special comes into hers and Matts life. Will this person help? Or will Gabby give up? This is a fan-fiction. I will be using some actual things from the show! I'd like to thank the creator of the show for making such an amazing story line and picking the best actors and actresses. Everyone on the show has so many unique qualities and all of them together overall just makes an amazing show:) I hope you all enjoy my version of Chicago fire!
