Todoroki says half heartedly. He isn't sure, obviously. This whole thing could go either incredibly well or horribly wrong, but he trusts Midoriya. "Will you help me?" Midoriya simply sighs. "I hope this turns out well.." In a moment of anger, Todoroki Shouto ends up making a deal with his father. He would have to bring home a boyfriend to spend summer break with, or else he'd be forced to engage in quirk marriage. It is not a surprise to anyone in 2-A (or rather the few that know of the incident) that Midoriya Izuku is the one Todoroki seeks out for help.
