After Hermione finds her parents and regains there memories she gets the shock of her life when she brings back some long obliviated memories, both her parents are death eater pureblood both obliviated after invading the Ministry years back. They refuse to stand down and finally get Hermione a life sentence in Azkabahn for the petty crime. With Azkabahn different after the war - all dementors dispossed of and guards used instead - alot of people got fairer trials and half of Azkabahn were freed for being innocent. So Hermione is placed in Azkabahn without even The Boy Who Lived being able to save her. A week later a headline splatters every wizarding paper.
