Riele's mom has gotten a new job that requires her to take numerous business trips ranging anywhere between 5-14 days. This quickly becomes a problem so she explains to her boss why she'll have to quit because she understands how situations like that can damage her child. On the other hand, Jace's dad has finally gotten 1) his company to be international and 2) a worker that's too much of an asset and friend. When his best worker comes to see him ready to quit he offers to find a trustworthy babysitter for her daughter which turns out to be his son. Charlotte and Henry have been friends for years. They work at the same place, go to the same school and are practically always at each other's house.
