It was always easy. Running. I always pictured it as a building but right now it wasn't that easy. Cause the past was running after me. It wasn't still like a building but running after me like a lion and I would not stop "Phanie". "Phanie". "Phanie". Gun shot "Phanie". "Phanie". Another gun shot. I screamed stopping dead in my tracks this time. If only I would have stopped, I would be the one on the pool of blood. I stopped running. Not because I was tired or because of the figure lying in front of me but because I stopped running for good. I heard the person slow down his pace and held my hands behind me. "Nooo. Nooo". I screamed as I slid down. "What did you do?". I touched him all over but just like that. With no warning. He was gone. My fault. He was gone and I could not bear it. I searched frantically for a heartbeat not minding the red liquid all over my palms. I turned to look at the cold monster behind me. "Help us". I begged. Yes 'us' I needed help too. I was emotionally dying. He just stared back at me. With those beautiful hazel eyes that switched colours with his mixed emotions. I used the back of my hands to wipe my tears smearing a little blood on my face. The figure bent behind me. I thought he wanted to hug and console me. I thought he wanted to assure me that i was dreaming. I closed my eyes waiting for it to happen but nothing happened. When I turned around, I realized I was the only one on that road. I saw the weapon used laying on the floor. I picked it up and looked at it. How could such a small weapon cause this huge destruction?. Why would someone own something this deadly?. . . . . . . . . And then the cops pulled up.

Highest ranking: #1 in Teen Fiction -- "Sunshine, what guy do you know has a weird fetish with sign language?" She's the aftermath of a high school party nightmare. Tragedy robbed her of her innocence and stole her voice before she had the chance to speak out. The court called her a liar, and the guilty was set free. Now memories plague her mind and trap her in solitude. She was forced to learn sign language, struggling to find a way to voice her silence. He's the definition of the boy she tried to stay away from. The epitome of harsh rumors and hopeless fantasies. The source of lies and blame. He's analyzed, misunderstood, and utterly mysterious. And he may be the one to find her voice. When they meet, she gets accustomed to his arrogance and he gets accustomed to her silence. An essay is what brings them together, but what happens when he starts asking too many questions? Will her past continue to drag her down, or will he save her? Fate has a funny way of bringing people together, but it doesn't always work how it's supposed to. *different summary inside* "Perfect amount of tragedy, humor, and romance!" -Sparkles530 "I feel like I learned a lot from your story, thank you." - 980Sarah "This book is beautifully written. Author of Silently Falling, Fight For Her, and Love, Anonymous ---- *told from the males POV* To be considered a player, you have to create your game. *Completed* "I just want to know why." I say as I turn over, trying to find his figure through the dark of my room. "Why what?" He asks. "Why you're being so nice to me." I say quietly, vulnerability seeping into my words. "How we even became friends." He sighs, "I want to know how." I scrunch my brow. "How what?" His response is soft, the opposite of his sarcastic personality. "How you don't see it." ******* Reagan Holt was about as average as a high school student could be. She didn't play any sports, didn't participate in the popular activities, and wasn't the girl all the boys chased after. All except one boy. He wrote her a letter every week. Each letter described something new for him to love about her. Whether it was how beautiful her laugh was or how his heart swelled with every smile she gave, he never failed to write how he felt. So the two should be together, right? That's the way Reagan wants it, but there's just one problem. He signs his letters "Love, Anonymous." Now add an obnoxious, conceited, sex god into the equation and you get a teenage girl confused on who really loves her. The sweet, tender written anonymous lover, or the cocky, ignorant asshole? -REVIEWS- "You create such wonderful characters and I can't wait to see what happens next!" VampireSa5m41993 "Thank you for wonderful dogs and little brothers and eccentrically hormonal best friends!" -Nat-Attack "I am totally hooked on this book!" nbazinet "I love the way the story flows and that you have really roundabout characters. It's as if they're real while I'm reading!" life_is_beautiful115 "Your work is literally art." lemonsun123 "Every time I read this book it just makes me smile." Nicooole97 Cover by: -winterr

Scarlet has it all-status, money & a loving quarterback boyfriend. Why then can she not keep her eyes off Elijah, the school's outcast hiding a dangerous secret? ***** Scarlet Tucker attends Royal Eastwood High: a high school where money determines social status. But more and more, Scarlet feels disenchanted with her life and her friends. She wants more than the superficial conversations they have--she wants to be heard. When Scarlet runs into Elijah Black, the school's most bullied outcast, not only is she mesmerized by his kindness, good looks, and his ability to listen, but sparks fly, ones that neither of them can control. Scarlet can sense, however, that Elijah is hiding a dark secret. What she unearths is even wilder than she could have imagined. And soon, their lives are dangerously intertwined in a race against time. Can they both survive and make it out alive?
