Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler live with an abusive stepfather. Everyday is torture. The girls want to become famous dancers, but how can they try that while they are trying to at least stay alive? After Maddie's unexpected surprise Sweet 16th, some people sleepover; they play a game, but this game if not what it seems....

Maddie Ziegler has been abused by her parents for over 8 years, after the passing of her little sister Mackenzie. When Maddie finds herself falling for the popular boy, Josh Hyland, she tries to stop herself from a tragic mistake. However, when Maddie's family's secret is in jeopardy, she finds herself drowning in trouble.

After maddie leaves dance moms, she is hoping to do bigger and better things but after what happend with kenzie and ricegum she is getting a lot of hate and L's besides the fact that people are hating about the fact that she saw chloe at the KCA and did not talk to her and alot more Maddie is trying to put all of theese things behind her but sometimg seems not Right, suddently Chloe's bf (ricky) starts hanging out with her alot what will happend??? Will maddie surpass all of this hate? Will she and ricky be together? What will Chloe's think? And Christie and Melissa... Will it be like the old days on the show with the Maddie Chloe thing?

The ALDC girls are still feeding off of the joy from their tenth winning streak, convinced that nothing could bring them down. But when Maddie unexpectedly falls after doing a back ariel, the doctors are convinced that Maddie will never be able to dance again. All the girls are devastated, and many of them are scared for the competition that they are going to without Maddie. And to top it all off, Chloe and Maddie get into a fight over Paige's brother Josh, and Brooke goes in for medical help after Maddie's injury, because she had a nervous breakdown and wanted to kill herself. After all that has happened, will the ALDC ever be the same?

She quit dance, she quit cheer, she's stopped trying with school and Maddie has changed herself into a devoted party girl. But will rekindling a relationship with an old friend Gino fix things for her?

Dance moms has ended, Maddie, Chloe, Paige, Mackenzie, Nia, and Kendall are left to suffer Abby's wrath because the show was what was keeping her finances up. The pressure has pushed the girls, who now all go to school together, to a breaking point. Nia feels left out Chloe likes Josh(Paige's brother) but he seems to have no interest in her Mackenzie's dealing with a love sick boy and being compared to Maddie, and only Maddie Kendall will never beat paige and be the "it girl" Paige will never be a good dancer in Abby's eyes Maddie's tired of fan haters and not being popular enough

Something's wrong with Paige and not even Brooke knows what it is. Now it's up to Chloe with a little help from Brooke to help fix it. Will they be able to help Paige or will they be unable to fix her? "I will fix you Paige, I promise" Chloe whispered hugging her hysterical best friend.
