The wolf stirred slightly, ears pricking as he let out a slurred growl. Aura wasn't afraid of him hearing her. She knew her time was limited. The lack of his heir was the only think keeping her and their other six pups alive. It would be soon though. She knew it. The next litter, Equinox and Eclipse would come. As swiftly as wings in the dark.
