Naruto Namikaze. A name either feared, hated, scorned, or simply loathed. A boy who had a fate which he had no say in, a burden placed on him without thinking about the consequences. A boy who had a family, but his own family didn't see him as one of their own, nonetheless being the same flesh and blood. A boy who, despite with all the glares, mocking, and hate they threw at him, still managed to smile with so much warmth. Who is he really? A jinchūriki? A monster? A demon? An orphan? A scapegoat for all the hate they had for the fox which invaded their village years ago? A child who was misunderstood by everyone? An idiot dead-last? Or a hero?

Fear. One word known by all. The shinigami himself knowing it. Hate. It fills peoples souls, never daring to leave them. What would happen if they left? They would disappear... but who wants to hate? Those two words rule people's lives. And no one dares to change it. Why would they? What would be the point in changing it? It would just come back to scare them. Happiness. A rare thing in a world of death. Often only found with those you would trust. Love and Fondness. Two more elusive words, but what can be said about them? Rare in this world filled with hate. Found by those who long for something, or someone, to trust. You can't have all of these conflicting emotions together can you? It's either one or the other. It's even physically impossible to have them together. But how do the people of Konoha do it? They channel their hate, while being happy about it. But what do they channel their hate onto? The nine tails that destroyed so many things? No... this can't be right. Look at them. Latching their hatred onto a poor child, who had done nothing to them. Nothing but being the thing that holds back what they despise most. But one can only take so much before lashing out. So what makes the little fox crack?

Naruto has had enough. All he wants is to leave, to be as far away from the place his nightmares came to life. He wants to live freely, not chained down to a village who look at him with nothing but disgust.

Naruto has been betrayed by everyone he knew. Stuck in the Akatsuki prison he meets the fox. He becomes powerful through training and wants to show just what a pile of crap the Village of Konoha really is. Sorry really bad at summaries! He doesn't remember when he began to put on fake smiles, he only knows that it's working. Nobody notices the straining in his eyes and jaw as he tries not to cry. He was Uzumaki Naruto, he was the class clown, he wasn't allowed to cry. So he kept it up. Until somebody finally does notice. But can they save Naruto from himself? Or is he already in too deep?

Why would his parents ignore him? What if the most unlikely clan was to give him a home? What would happen if siblings fought to the point that his home is to... Naruto was neglected for his siblings. it was really sad, seeing as that nobody even knew that the fourth hokage and his wife had triplets not twins. Being the youngest of the triplets, Naruto is in no way, considered special. He is not a village hero like his elder brother who is the jailor of the kyubi. He is not a pure blood Uzumaki like his elder sister who has the Uzumaki chakra chains like his mother. He was not destined to be a clan heir or the saviour of the world, like Jiraya said that his brother was. He was just plain old Naruto who was always forgotten and the extra character in the story that was there just for the sake being there. He had no purpose in life. well... this all was before he met Kurama. After he met Kurama... Lets just say that it was the true beginning of Naruto Uzumaki.
