World where you are born with a jewel pendant around your neck. This pendant changes color based off of the mood of your soulmate. Upon first contact with your soulmate both pendants will glow a bright pink. (Just an FYI, everyone in this universe has wings) The world is under dismay as an outbreak of poison infected many. The effects of the poison drive people mad and murderous, roaming the streets like vicious dogs outside for blood. The outbreak got so bad that many districts were set. The Green Light District was said to be farthest away from the main point of the toxin, but the rich inhabit it. The Yellow Light District is next to The Green District, where civilians with more higher pay live. The Blue Light District is closer to the main point, where it's more likely to get infected, but more normal civilians live, but most of the time are required to have some sort of ventilator. The Red Light District is the most dangerous district, where the main point originates. Some are amune to the toxin, but people with a higher risk of sickness are most likely to turn. But since there is hardly any law there, people often migrate there for the clubs.
