Second Lieutenant Lê Văn Minh is a Hà Nội-born US Marine who is attached with one of his home country's units, the Vietnamese 301st Infantry Division, part of the Hà Nội Capital City Central Command, as part of a cooperation program between the US and Vietnam. While he was on leave for 2 weeks, he decided to visit the Marines in Japan and do some sightseeing.
