Andrew Parsley is most definitely straight. He obviously only likes girls if the many hook ups he has had in the past mean anything. Zachary Rogers is the definition of straight. He not only has a girlfriend, but he makes it his life goal to show everybody and Andrew Parsley that he's completely into this girl. Corbett Connors is, well, he seems straight, but Andrew can't ever tell because he'd rather puke his lunch up than stomach being around the guy. But, what if these three boys weren't what they showed everybody else on the outside? What if Andrew actually liked guys? What if that pretty cheerleader girlfriend of Zachary's was just a ploy? And what if Corbett was never really into girls to begin with like everybody thought? Throw in Andrew's crumbling life, Zachary's bad past, their surprising friendship, and Corbett's messed up personality, and you got just a couple of Straight Boys. ... At first glance, nobody would be able to tell that Nathaniel Jean had a problem. Or second glance, or third, or fourth. After all, he had everything. He was a captain of his school's soccer team and one of the top players in the state. He had a big house and money to spend. He had family, he had friends, he had fun, he had faith. He never meant for it to happen. He never wanted to look at another man in the way he should have been looking at a woman. The idea had disgusted him for most of his life - living in a heavily Catholic town with heavily Catholic parents, homophobia was the only response he knew. That didn't change when he first realized that he didn't like girls. No, Nathaniel Jean was still homophobic. He hated the idea of a man sleeping with another man. He was raised on the notion that all gays went to hell, and he believed it. He despised them, and so he despised himself. Nathaniel Jean was more fortunate than most, because help did arrive for him. Help by the name of Lucas Morgan, they boy he'd always known but never known. The boy with big dreams and bigger talent. The boy that changed Nathaniel's life over the course of their thirty-six week long senior year.

[BxB] Waking up next to someone after having a little too much to drink was no new, riveting story in this day and age. Waking up next to another boy, when you were also a boy, was a little more interesting, but still nothing to write home about. But waking up in Nico Beckett's sheets? To Wesley, it was a nightmare come to life. ~~~ Wesley Dillon's life was uneventful, and frankly, he liked it that way. He didn't get into trouble, he kept his grades up, he played it safe. He never did anything to rock the boat he was floating in, the calm waters of his lake left undisturbed. Now starting his last year in high school, Wes was content to continue living his life as he always has - but sometimes, and only sometimes, he caught himself wishing that something could make ripples in his tiny world. What he wasn't ready for were the waves that were Nico Beckett - a troublemaker, womaniser, and an incredibly popular boy at his school. He was everything Wes was not. Nico was the type of guy that Wes never wanted to associate with, but after waking up in his arms with panic in his chest and pains everywhere else, he realised that his life was going to get much, much more complicated. It took him everything to try not to drown as the waves pulled him further and further down. But, somewhere along the way, he wasn't sure that drowning was actually a bad thing. ~~~ #1 in romance (29/09/19) #1 in LGBT (07/09/2019) #1 in bxb (07/09/2019) #1 in boyxboy (08/09/2019) #1 in gay (11/09/2019) #1 in highschool (29/09/19) #1 in school (17/10/19) #1 in comingofage (01/10/19) #1 in slowburn (02/10/19) #1 in BL (04/10/19) #1 in lovetriangle (05/10/19) #1 in family (31/10/19) #1 in comingoutofthecloset (08/01/20) #1 in writtenwithpride (19/06/21) #4 in love (07/03/21)

I just smirked at the way they all looked down on me. The way they all try to trip me down and glare like they can kill me with one look. I could easily laugh their stupidity and small minds as I make it through the day the way I've always done it. By myself. With no friends. No family. I don't cry myself to sleep hoping that my prince will come and save me... I don't beg those dimwitted jocks to stop giving me a hard time whenever they get the chance. I don't try to fit in when the person I'll hurt the most is myself by lying. I don't wish that my dead parents will come back when I know they won't. I don't do this because I, Carter Summers, am a strong willed person that knows the sad fact that this.... This... is my reality..... When Carter gets a small request from a teacher for his creative way of writing. He temporarily joins the newspaper club to gain extra credit to assure his scholarship. His job is to answer questions from the entire Newton High's students and give them advice. But since the entire population hates him for being homosexual, he does this in secret by answering within the papers, and goes by the name of... Reality. ***Cover by RougeHopes*** #19 in Teen Fiction

Who in their right mind would ask a teenager to write a 4000 word essay on the works of F. Scott Fitzgerald anyway? To me, English class was simply the fine art of over analyzing very old pieces of literature. It was usually pretty easy for me to string together some intricate sounding sentences about these old novels. My English teacher loved me for it, but for this particular essay, I was utterly incapable of replicating the excellence of my previous work. All I knew was that Nick Carraway was definitely gay for Gatsby. _________ When two high school boys find themselves being forced into partnership for a class project, things get interesting. With Callaway's snarky remarks and hidden secrets, and Chance's accidental girlfriend, their path to completing high school is anything but straight. _________ Discaimer: This is boyxboy so if this makes anyone uncomfortable, this is me warning you. Also, The Great Gatsby does not belong to me, copyright is to F Scott Fitzgerald. With the references to the novel in my story, I am in no way trying to mock or make fun of the novel, because it is one of my favourite books. Also, the reality of Nick Carraway's homosexuality is arguable, I simply used this opinion for the sake of my story and its plot.
