Penelope is a woman on the run cause she 'improved' the wrong building. She comes into what appears to be a sleepy town called Lazytown one night and decides it's a good enough place to stay and "work" on it. Though apparently, a sportsman doesn't like her taste and get irritated by her antics, especially since he has to stay up at night to even catch her. But will their meeting spark more than just angry flames?
