After having a dream about a certain Dr.John.H.Watson, Sherlock's walls crumble around him leaving him confused about his own sexuality and if John feels the same way.

Sherlock is out of nicotine patches and his mood is, well you can probably imagine. John refuses to buy him patches because he was just out shopping. Instead he insists that Sherlock eats something and one thing leads to another and ends in a game, which both are far too willing to play.

John has been spending more time with Mary(his wife) these days. Sherlock unaware when his blogger will be back he is looking for a temporary blogger for the time being. He meets the very odd unsociable Veronica Hudson.(Mrs. Hudson's niece). Veronica has moved to London to find a friend to spend her days with.
