One member, Alain Takahata, betrays the Tekiyoku and uses a power to scatter Arceus's Plates to various hidden places around the regions. He escapes and recruits Satoshi (Ash) Ketchum, as they're joined by the reticent Hikari (Dawn) Toyoguchi. Join them as they form the Mokusetsu and attempt to gather Arceus's Plates and restore its power! Dark times await!
