Shinra has messed up again. When Izaya is injured, Shinra gives him the wrong shot. This shot is not a regular shot it turns people into.....babies. After years of fighting, Izaya decides he is no longer interested in playing with Shizuo. He decides to go out and tell the 'brute' just that so hopefully, they can move on with their lives. Unfortunately, Shizuo misunderstood! He thinks Izaya doesn't want to fight him because the 'flea' is in love with him. Shizuo resolves to become closer to Izaya, while the unknowing informant is taken aback by the change.

Concerned for his best friend, Shinra called his only other constant companion (other than his beloved Celty, of course) to keep an eye on him. Discreetly and with many many favors in his corner.
