My first Divergent fan-fiction! Please no hate! I love you guys! :D

Tris and the divergent gang go to high school in our world... Enough said. This story is now ****ABANDONED**** and up for adoption.

Tris was a normal 18 year old in the Dauntless compound, along with Tobias. She and Tobias are Dauntless trainers. They have everything they could want. But one little (or big) slip up could cause their relationship to fall apart.

“And as we rise, hand in hand, I realize that if we had both chosen differently, we might have ended up doing the same thing, in a safer place, wearing gray clothes instead of black ones.” -DIVERGENT What if Tris and Tobias had not chosen to transfer to Dauntless, choosing instead to stay in Abnegation? One choice defines you, but it doesn't change who you are. Based on the novel Divergent by Veronica Roth. All rights belong to Miss Roth! This includes characters, places, etc. I am only writing a fanfiction as a huge fan of her series. (NOTE: I'm writing this assuming you have read Divergent. There is a lot of background information that I don't cover, so I HIGHLY recommend reading the original first.)

This fanfic takes place five years after the war. Everything has gone back to normal. Tris and Four currently share an apartment. They have continually dated since Insurgent left off. They train initiates together now. Four still works in the control room and Tris has chosen the job of a tattoo artist. They are not married or engaged yet. This story is a bit odd because it’s basically what I want to happen since Allegiant hasn't been published yet. It will contain Tris and Four’s point of view, but mostly Tris’s. I have a special way of writing so the characters’ personalities will be different. Some people will be softer, some will be meaner, but most will be different.

The gang is going to high school and Tris is new. It gets kinda weird. Book 1
