Fifty years ago, demons invaded the mortal realm of Dargon, leaving a trail of destruction across the five kingdoms. The six Guardians of that generation united the kingdoms and fought back against the demons, scattering their ashes to the winds. Then, they vanished into legend, and with them, their powers. When the lost powers awaken in six strangers across the mortal realm once again, they seek answers... What danger has compelled the powers to reappear after half a century of peace? There are rumours that another demon army gathers in the fiery realm of the Abyss, greater than the first and led by a cunning mastermind whose motivations are unknown. But something doesn't add up. The deeper they dig, the more twisted the truth becomes and the more uncertain their path forward. Who... or what must they truly save their world from? As destinies unravel and loyalties are tested, one question lingers: What if saving the world... means trusting the very force that could end it? An epic trilogy of gods, mortals, and fates intertwined-where it seems that things may have been set in motion long before anyone could ever have anticipated and the path forward may just be the one that ends in death. Trilogical Compilation | Books 1, 2 & 3 (If the number of chapters seems daunting, just know that most of the chapters are short) [Fans of The Stormlight Archive may enjoy this book] Best Rankings #7 in fantasyadventure (Out of 32.4k stories) #8 in journey (Out of 30.4k stories) Cover by Azanthiel Human written. What do you get when you mix a trader woman, a cursed werewolf, a dangerous forest, and a sadistic warlord? Nothing good. On her way home from a summer of trading, Olivia didn't want to hire a cursed werewolf as an escort, but he was the only one willing to guide her over the treacherous Navier mountains. Not only do they have to contend with bandits and dangerous animals lurking among the trees, but they also have to dodge unscrupulous war parties who are determined to track them down. They forgot one thing though - curses don't play by the rules. ---------------- Please note that this is NOT a love-at-first-sight or matebond werewolf style of book, nor does it have werewolf ranks like Alphas, Betas, or Omegas. This book isn't a horror story. It's more of a fantasy-adventure theme. This book has nothing in common with my other werewolf stories. Copyright March 2022. All Rights Reserved. Before the great war, dragons dotted the sky like birds. After it, the few that remained fled north, vanishing from the lands of men, fading from reality to legend. Many years after the war, Aurora and her family would have a historical encounter with the last three dragons in the world after they were discovered by hunters dispatched by the paranoid King, long after they were thought to be extinct. These three dragons would elevate Aurora and her Kin from oppressed northwestern peasants to the most powerful family in the world. With dragons and men mingling once again, another great war is looming.

Optional sequel to Upon Wings Of Change. (This is a version with *JUST* Tessa's POV (different from the main version, which has 3 POVs. Was my attempt to revise the slower pacing, but I'm not sure how well it worked, but since I put in the work, here it is.) Summary: The dragonets are flourishing; both those in the park and those helping the Kymari. As the first dragonets to hatch in the Kymari civilization, Tessa and her brother are paving a new path as they grow up and learn how to fit into the world. New beginnings are often great things, but sometimes shadows from the distant past come calling. Excerpt: I braced my feet against the wall as I pulled. Suddenly, the lever swung downward. I lost my grip and tumbled backward. I landed on my side and slid across the counter. My legs and tail flailed as I tried to get to my feet or slow down-but I didn't manage it in time. Almost in slow motion, my feet went off the counter as I slid into the air. Without thinking, my wings popped open and beat hard as I twisted, trying to turn right side up so I could fly properly. I blinked in shock when I realized I was already flying upward. Grinning triumphantly, I beat my wings again and went back to the counter. Pleased with my flying abilities, I proudly landed on the counter - and forgot to slow down, which promptly sent me sliding across the slippery surface, lightly colliding with the glass door. I ducked my head sheepishly, glad no one else had seen that. My eyes locked onto the gap between the glass doors. With an eager grin, I pressed my shoulder against the edge and pushed. My feet struggled to find traction, but it was opening! Once I pushed the door far enough, I scampered over to the cantaloupe. It was much bigger up close. I blinked slowly, trying to think about how I was going to move it. There was no way I'd be able to lift it. It was round though. Round things could roll, right?

No one ever said what would happen when dragons and aliens meet. And no one told me that I would be in the middle of it. Tasha was studying hard to get through her last year of university when she was kidnapped. She certainly didn't expect to wake up with four feet and wings. Mad scientists are bad enough, but things get even more complicated when aliens appear and wipe out the human race. Is there a way for her to hide her true identity in this new world while retaining her humanity? --------------------- Sneak Peek: I jumped over the lip of the tray and beat down hard with my wings. I had expected to only slow my fall; I had not expected to end up gaining so much height. I squawked in surprise and spread my wings wide in alarm before gravity regained its hold on me. With several awkward back-winging motions of my wings, I landed lightly on the floor. Well, at least I know my wings work. I glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling quick notes. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. And I still wasn't on the windowsill. ---------------------------- Entire semi-polished draft can be read on Wattpad.
