It's one of those cities. Cities that can't afford to stay together. Cities full of gangs. Gangs made to protect their neighborhood...friends....families. Everyone across town is either part of some gang, or considered a 'Normie' Normies don't choose gangs. They just stay in the middle. Each gang is much more violent than the last. Murders and shoplifting aren't uncommon. But you never know what might happen...or when.
