(human AU) Peridot and Lapis bump into each other on the first day of there first year of highschool. Peridot has no friends, Lapis isn't too popular either. They have a few classes together and continue to bump into each other. They inevitably become friends, and over the events of their friendship, one developes feelings for the other. Lapis and Peridot are both normal students but doesn't know each. Lapis is dating Jasper for 5 months. While, Peridot, hangs around with a group name "The Crystal Gems", and ends up dating with Amethyst for 3 months.
