But one day there appears to be a virus in technology in Dib's neighborhood. Dib being Dib, he suspects that Zim is up to something. So, Dib rushes over to Zim's house. Zim was actually surprised to see Dib, but he explains the cause of the virus, and that it is indeed his next evil plan. But by accident, GIR gets the virus too! Zim can't fix this problem alone. So as much as Zim hates to admit it, he needs Dib's help. Dib, an Irken scientist, was sent to Earth to collect samples. While collecting data and substances, his ship is broken. This leads him to be stuck on the miserable planet, as he cannot fix it. He disguises himself and moves in to a small neighborhood. To look normal, he goes to Skool. However, he meets a human. He says his name is Zim, and he has superior knowledge of engineering. This was simply just an AU for it that I made/edited. Also, I overuse the word 'kid' even though they're seniors. That's my mistake, don't let that make you think they're in middle/elementary school. Dib is anxious about the future, he wants to change and be a somewhat normal person- he was tired of all the fighting. Unlike him, Zim doesn't want things to change. (TW! After 6 years, Zim starts to realize that his plan to take over Earth isn't working. When he contacts the Tallest, his suspicions are proven to be correct. They tell him everything they've kept as secrets and banish him to Earth, leaving him to die. However, life has different plans for him.

Dib-human x the alien, I am writing this as excitement for the new I.Z. movie or whatever that nick. decided to make. And also cuz I can, and I ship it. Don't judge, this is wattpad, a lot of ships are on here. Also, these are just going to be a bunch of short or maybe long stories, so like, a bundle of shipping crap from me in one book thingy. There will maybe be smut, I don't know, but if I do write smut, warning, I'm bad at writing that kind of stuff. Also, I did not make the cover, so whoever drew it, they did a good job of drawing. The Tallest and Dib each saw Zim as a threat in different ways but after the Florpus incident, one side saw the Irken as a bigger problem and plans to do something about it. Zim had disappeared again after being defeated by Dib and his family, following the shunning of his Tallest. Dib wants to know if he'll ever see the Irken Invader again and if he might be planning anything. But when Zim returns from hiding, he's not the same. Something is different, and Dib is determined to find out. And when Zim is told something he made himself believe wasn't true, it sets the Irken on a new path of destruction. ••• There is Zadr in this fic! This takes place when Dib and Zim are Seniors in High school. There are also Universe Alterations to help with my plot! (Adjustments to the canon stories of ALL Tallests AND to the relationship Dib has with his family!) ••• Some Mature Content (possible language, may be some blood, intimacy) but nothing extremely sexual, gore-filled, or horribly bad language. ••• I of course don't own Invader Zim or any of the characters.
