This book follows the life of Mal and Ben after the events on descendants 3, it also follows the life of their dear friends. Ben and Mal are madly in love and really excited to get married at the end of their senior year, but sometimes your happily ever after isn't as near as you think. They will have to fight a long lost evil who came back for revenge. Will they be strong enough to defeat it? Will their love be stronger than anything? I do not own any rights of these characters. Its been 3 years since Mal became lady of court, and know they have graduated from Auradon Prep, and now attend Auradon University. Where Mal, Ben, Evie, Doug, Carlos, Jane, Jay and Lonnie are in a competitive choir class, and the teacher of the class is Mr. Williams. But what happens when things change for Mal.

Mal and Ben have already been through so much as it is. Now let's continue with their story while they're trying to raise their "normal" family.

CURRENTLY EDITING Most fairytales start with Once upon a time... and well, this one too, although this might not seem like your typical fairytale... So, once upon a time there lived a young girl in a big kingdom. Well, she didn't actually live in the kingdom, but on an island by the kingdom. This island was more like a prison where all people were banned who were a threat to the kingdom. This girl isn't one of them, but she's the daughter of one of those people. She grew up imprisoned on that island with her friends, Jay, Caros and Evie and honestly, they didn't think it was too bad. But that could also be because they didn't know any better. They'd watch tv and see Auradon, the place where princes and princesses grew up, where heroes were living their best lives, where kids were happily playing in the sun, where people had proper education and had jobs that actually mattered. But for as far as Mal and her friends cared, life on the Isle was good enough for them and they were just going with it, until one day everything changed. They got invited to Auradon by soon to be king Benjamin. It was difficult to change into that lifestyle, but the four vk's hadn't even really come to Auradon to do that. They had been commissioned by their parents to find Fairy Godmother's wand and free the Isle of the Lost, so they could take over the kingdom. They had a plan to steal that wand during the coronation of prince Ben, but during the time in between arriving in Auradon and the coronation, Mal found herself falling in love with the prince. Not only did she fall in love with him, the four vk's fell in love with the kingdom and realized that living there wasn't such a bad idea. Maleficent on the other hand didn't let go that easily and tried to fight them, but together they defeated her and got her turned into a tiny green lizard. And so it all ended well, you'd say. But this was not the end of the story, no, there's much more to come...

Mal and Ben's lives are perfect! Well, Ben thinks it is...Mal can't decide if she's right for him or not.
