Like water, it can destroy. Water can eat through solid rock, shaped valleys, harbor millions of creatures, and provide beauty to the otherwise desolate planet called Earth. Magic can reduce buildings to rubble, supply evil with the means necessary to destroy empires, but it can also help and save lives. Magic, when used right, can help protect the people of the world from evil. There are many magic wielders in the world. Some are evil, others are neutral, and some use their gift to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Jaylynn Sydney is one of those who protects others. She aims to help those in need any way she can - whether it be by protecting them against demons or simply donating money, food, and shelter to people who need it. By day, she is a simple SHIELD engineer who simply repairs jets, ships, and the helicarrier. SHIELD knows nothing of her powers or the magical world, which is surprising seen as SHIELD seems to know everything about everyone. By night, she works as a masked vigilante who protects those who cannot protect themselves.
