5 years later Morgan Kayla and Destiny are pregnant and their men are so happy. A year later Kayla sacrificed herself to save her husband Cas. A year after Kayla comes back Crowley comes for Kayla and Morgan and Kayla end up in a coma for 3 day. Dean has to leave Morgan to keep her safe and Kayla has to leave Cas and their kids to keep them safe. During that time Kayla and Dean leave they get sucked into the purgatory and get stuck there for a year.
